Reservation

– The apartment can be booked for a minimum of 5 nights, with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
– We cannot provide extra beds, baby cots, or high chairs. If you are arriving with a small child, we can only accommodate them in the same bed as the parents.
– We are unable to accept pets.

To finalize the reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the accommodation fee is required, which is available 12 hours after the reservation confirmation.
If the reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, the full accommodation fee must be paid in advance.

Arrival, departure

– Key handover takes place in person both upon arrival and departure.
– Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM and departure is possible until 10:00 AM. Unless there is a change of weather, we try to be flexible with the times.
– The keys and the handover of the apartment will be handled by our colleague, Andrea, who speaks Hungarian, English and German.

Cancellation conditions

– The reservation can be canceled free of charge 45 days before arrival, and the full amount of the deposit already paid will be refunded.
– In case of cancellation within 45 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
– If the full amount has already been paid (within 45 days before arrival), the amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Other awards

– Cleaning fee: 100 EUR / booking
– Deposit: 400 EUR, which will be refunded within 7 days after returning the keys, if there is no damage.
– Underground garage use (optional): 10 EUR / day
– Airport transfer (from Alicante airport for 6 people by minibus): 70 EUR / way – provided upon request
